Your Success is Our Success – We Only Get Paid When You Get Paid More!

We offer a performance-based rate for job offer negotiations, so you only pay if we help you achieve a higher compensation. This means we're incentivized to get you the best deal possible and only get paid if you get a better job offer. Our fee is just 7% of the incremental compensation we help you achieve.

It’s easy - if there’s no increase in pay, the service is free.

FAQ - Salary Negotiation Coach Pricing

Why Performance-Based Pricing?

Our pricing is entirely performance-based, and you only pay if we successfully help increase your compensation. We charge a flat rate of 7% of the additional monetary value we help you gain on top of your initial job offer's total compensation in year one. This means you pay for results, not hours worked.

Performance-Based Pricing Example

For instance, if we help you negotiate a $10,000 increase in your first year’s total compensation (whether that includes an increase in your base salary, bonuses, or equity), we charge a one-time fee of 7%, which amounts to $700. You only pay $700 to earn an extra $10,000 per year (that’s a 14X return in your first year!).

Negotiating Multiple Offers

We can assist you in negotiating multiple offers simultaneously. We'll only charge for the negotiation of the offer that achieved the best negotiation results to account for the services we provided.

When Do I Pay?

If we help you secure a higher offer, we'll provide a detailed breakdown of the results at the end of the negotiation. We'll issue an electronic invoice, which is due a week after the negotiation wraps up.
